• Moxa reserves the right to base qualification to receive loan device on project status, project application, project timeframe, industrial/vertical market, etc.
• The exact loan model will be determined by Moxa, at its sole discretion. Available models are EDS-4008, ESD-4012, EDS-G4008, EDS-G4012.
• By accepting a loan device from Moxa, you represent that you are authorized by your employer to accept the loan device and that you will disclose receipt of the loan device as and if required. You also represent accepting the loan device will be for your company’s corporate purpose (and not for personal use) and in accordance with all applicable laws.
• Moxa will pay the cost of shipping the loan device to the recipient.
• The recipient is responsible for any taxes and duties if any.
• The recipient is responsible for shipping the device back to Moxa after the loan period at their own expense.
• The default loan period is 3 months from receipt.
• If the device is not returned after 3 months, Moxa can charge for the device for the standard recommended list price.
• Moxa cannot be pursued for any damages caused by misuse.
• A Moxa representative will reach out by phone and/or email to confirm satisfaction with the eligibility requirements.
• Limited loan devices are available. If all devices are on loan, qualified applicants will be in the queue for the next loan period.
• Entries will be accepted from April 25, 2024 – May 30, 2024.
